makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products

warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited
to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum

or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Beautyink.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not
the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Beautyink.com shall
immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. |

ordering. You understand that BeautyInk will not complete your order unless you have a valid prescription. You hereby grant
us consent to contact your eye care provider in order to verify your prescription information. By placing an order you
represent and warrant to BeautyInk that your information you enter into the Site is valid and true and matches your
prescription exactly as provided by your eye care provider. You further verify that you will renew your prescription in
stringent accordance with your eye care provider's suggested regime. |
