| Within 30 days of receiving your order,
you may return all or part of your order for a refund minus the shipping cost.
In order to keep our prices low, we do not accept returned items that have been used,
unless the product is defective. In which case, we ship you the replacement product at
no cost to you. |

| All salon equipment (trimmers, clippers, dryers, irons, etc.)
carry a 30-day Beautyink.com warranty, there after, the equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. |

| In order to make a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) Number. Please send an e-mail to Customer Care at Return@Beautyink.com.

For items that were incorrectly shipped, Beautyink will ship the correct item at no cost to
you. If you wish to return the item that was incorrectly shipped, a refund will be issued, minus the shipping cost.
